Earn one percent back in promotional online store credit on qualifying purchases
These terms govern the On Track Performance Performance Cash program. By creating an account, earning Performance Cash, or redeeming Performance Cash, a customer agrees to these terms. Performance Cash is promotional online store credit, not cash, and is available only for qualifying purchases made through www.ontrackperformanceparts.com.

A customer must have a registered On Track Performance customer account and must be signed in to that account when placing the order. Guest purchases do not earn Performance Cash, and Performance Cash will not be added retroactively after an order is placed.
Performance Cash is assigned to the account used for the qualifying order. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials. On Track Performance is not responsible for rewards used through unauthorized account access unless required by applicable law.
Unless On Track Performance approves otherwise in writing, a customer may maintain only one personal account and one account for each legitimate business. Creating or using multiple accounts to obtain duplicate rewards, evade restrictions, or manipulate the program is prohibited.
Customers earn Performance Cash equal to 1% of the qualifying merchandise subtotal actually paid after all discounts, coupons, credits, and previously earned Performance Cash are applied. Sales tax, shipping, handling, delivery, installation, core charges, deposits, duties, and other fees are excluded.

Performance Cash is earned only on qualifying merchandise purchased through the On Track Performance online store under an eligible registered account. The following do not earn Performance Cash:
Eligibility may be shown on a product page, in a promotion, at checkout, or in the customer's account. If a promotion has separate terms, those terms control for that promotion. Performance Cash may be combined with another promotion only when the other promotion expressly allows it or the checkout system accepts the combination.
Performance Cash is normally posted after the qualifying order ships and payment has been successfully processed. For orders shipped in multiple packages, Performance Cash may be posted in installments. Pending rewards are not available for redemption.
Performance Cash cannot be earned and redeemed on the same transaction. Balances shown before final shipment, payment settlement, return processing, or fraud review are provisional and may be corrected.
On Track Performance may correct clerical, calculation, posting, pricing, or system errors at any time. Duplicate or mistakenly issued Performance Cash does not become valid merely because it appears in an account. The company's transaction records will control unless the customer demonstrates a clear error.
Available Performance Cash may be applied only to future qualifying purchases made through the On Track Performance online store while the customer is signed in.
When Performance Cash is used, new Performance Cash is earned only on the remaining qualifying merchandise amount actually paid after all discounts and credits. For example, if $50.00 in Performance Cash is applied to $500.00 of qualifying merchandise, the qualifying amount is $450.00 and the customer earns $4.50 in new Performance Cash.
If qualifying merchandise is canceled, declined, refunded, returned, or subject to a payment dispute or chargeback, the Performance Cash earned from that merchandise will be canceled or removed. Partial returns result in a proportional adjustment based on the qualifying merchandise amount returned.
If the related Performance Cash has already been redeemed, On Track Performance may, to the extent permitted by law:
Refunds are issued under the return policy and generally to the original payment method. Performance Cash used on a returned order may be restored only after the return is fully processed and only if the returned merchandise and account remain eligible. Performance Cash is never refunded as cash.
Performance Cash is intended to reward legitimate customers purchasing merchandise for their own use or their business's ordinary operations. The program may not be used for resale arbitrage, automated purchasing, account farming, reward cycling, false identities, unauthorized payment methods, return abuse, chargeback abuse, or any attempt to obtain rewards without a legitimate qualifying purchase.
On Track Performance may review program activity and may delay, withhold, reverse, or cancel Performance Cash; reject a redemption; combine duplicate accounts; suspend or close an account; cancel an order; or exclude a customer from the program when it reasonably believes fraud, abuse, manipulation, resale activity, a payment risk, or a violation of these terms has occurred. These remedies are in addition to any other rights available under the sales terms or applicable law.
Wholesale, dealer, reseller, fleet, employee, and other specially priced accounts do not earn Performance Cash unless On Track Performance expressly states otherwise in writing. On Track Performance may classify an account based on purchasing patterns, pricing status, tax documentation, resale activity, or other reasonable business criteria.
On Track Performance may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Performance Cash program, including the earning rate, eligible products, excluded purchases, redemption rules, and other program features. Changes will apply prospectively unless a retroactive correction is necessary to address fraud, abuse, duplicate rewards, payment reversals, or a clerical, calculation, pricing, or system error.
When reasonably practicable, material program changes or termination will be announced on the website or through the customer's account. If the program ends, On Track Performance may establish a final redemption period and may cancel unused Performance Cash after that period, subject to applicable law. Continued participation after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Performance Cash is a limited, revocable promotional benefit and does not create a property right, deposit account, or cash obligation. It may be used only as described in these terms. No purchase is complete until On Track Performance accepts the order and successfully processes payment.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later. These Performance Cash terms supplement the On Track Performance website terms, sales terms, privacy policy, and return policy. If there is a conflict concerning Performance Cash, these terms control; for all other matters, the applicable website or sales terms control.
Questions about a Performance Cash balance or transaction must be submitted through On Track Performance customer service within 60 days after the disputed transaction appears in the account. The customer should provide the order number, account email address, and a description of the claimed error. This notice period does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
