Shipping & Returns
Returns:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us at sales@ontrackperformanceparts.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to sales@ontrackperformanceparts.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $75*
Enjoy free standard shipping on most orders over $75 shipped within the continental United States.
Exceptions:
- Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other non-continental U.S. territories
- Bulky or oversized items
- Certain specialty or heavyweight performance parts
No promo code is required—free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders.
General Shipping Information
We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.
- Same-Day Processing: Most orders placed before 3 PM (MT) ship the same business day.
- Extended Processing: Orders requiring additional verification, customization, or special handling may take 1–2 extra business days.
- Expedited Shipping:
Next-Day and Two-Day shipping options are available at checkout. Pricing is calculated based on order size and shipping destination. - Shipping Charges:
- Orders under the $75 free-shipping threshold: Calculated at checkout
- Bulky / oversized items: Free shipping does not apply and rates are calculated a check out
- Large or heavy items requiring special freight: $69.95 or more (calculated at checkout)
- Sales Tax:
Sales tax is applied where required by state and local laws. Tax will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping address.
Brand & Product Restrictions:
Some manufacturers restrict international shipping. As a result, certain items on OnTrackPerformanceParts.com may not be available for purchase outside the U.S.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, opened, or incomplete, please take the following steps:
- Refuse delivery if damage is visible at the time of drop-off, or notify the carrier immediately.
- Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s).
- Contact us right away so we can begin a claim with the carrier.
A shipment may need to be inspected in its original packaging to complete the claim process.
